Connecting Success gives Indianapolis CS professionals a place to talk honestly about the work, compare notes and build relationships that last longer than a single event.

Why we exist

Customer Success can be hard to do alone. This community gives people a place to share what is working, ask for help when it is not and learn from people dealing with the same kinds of challenges.

Who it is for

We welcome everyone: people working in onboarding, support, account management, renewals, growth, operations and leadership.

If you work with customers and relationships, this is your space.

How it works

Each gathering is designed to be useful without feeling formal. We choose a local spot, bring a topic when it helps and leave room for the conversation to go where the group needs it. You can listen, ask a question or share what you have learned.

Co-Founder

Rachel Yockey

Throughout her career, Rachel has been the glue that holds organizations together. Whether it’s cross-team collaboration, standing up new internal software tools, or strategizing on big-picture goals, she’s at the center driving progress. Customer Success has been a passion of Rachel’s before it was cool and she’s blazed a path for others to follow for years to come. Outside of CS domination, she’s an avid Peloton-er, Dynamo Club and Avon High School soccer supporter, and concert-goer.
