Dallas Ramey
Director of Columbus
Dallas has been a people-pleaser since day one. Whether it was performing onstage (she holds a BFA in Dance Performance), planning conferences for associations, guiding clients toward their goals, or nurturing a team of CSMs, Dallas has always been driven to help improve the experience of those around her – and doing so with a smile on her face. When out of the office, Dallas can be found teaching or taking Lagree, enjoying Mexican food with her husband, and snuggling her newborn twin girls.
Chris Berry
Co-Founder
Chris can see right through chaos, untangle webs, execute a plan and do so while bringing self-deprecating joy to any project or relationship. While the majority of Chris' career has been focused on the mobile device industry, he's really a SaaS expert and relationship master. When Chris is offline, he can usually be found restoring a car (up to almost 100!), camping with his family, or pushing his body beyond reasonable capacities to train for an upcoming endurance race.
Rachel Yockey
Co-Founder
Throughout her career, Rachel has been the glue that holds organizations together. Whether it’s cross-team collaboration, standing up new internal software tools, or strategizing on big-picture goals, she’s at the center driving progress. Customer Success has been a passion of Rachel’s before it was cool and she’s blazed a path for others to follow for years to come. Outside of CS domination, she’s an avid Peloton-er, Dynamo Club and Avon High School soccer supporter, and concert-goer.
